Position Description

LPN or RN needed for Director of Resident Care Position. Primary responsibilities include: the highest degree of quality care of Assisted Living and Memory Care Residents in a Residential Care Setting. Plan, organize, develope and direct teh overall operation of the resident care program in accordance with Federal/State & Local standards. Direct and Supervise Care Staff on 3 shifts. Develop & Maintain Care Plans for all residents in accordance with DHEC regulations. Schedule department work hours, including vacation and holiday schedule for all shifts.
Monitor care services to ensure that Residents' Rights and needs are met. Prepare to be on call when needed and participate in staff development. Be on call for resident oriented situations. Provide direct care as necessary and when assigned.
