Develop, implement and track family caregiver work plan; staff regional advisory council; lead program and resource development efforts; provide and arrange public information activities; outreach; information & assistance; caregiver education & training; implement consumer choice process; maintain tracking system and submit required reports.

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience in social services, long term care, health care or community development is required. An advanced degree in social work; public health, gerontology, nursing or related field is desired.
