Position Description

Come join our growing organization where our compassionate team believes in going the extra mile for our patients. Agape is a faith-based hospice that takes a holistic, patient centered approach to care. We proudly serve the Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Greenville and Laurens Counties. We are currently seeking a full time LMSW/LBSW to coordinate psychosocial care for our patients and their families. We are also seeking RN's (fulltime and weekend on call) as well CNA's.

Required Experience

Must be licensed in your area of expertise.
