Position Description

We are seeking a FT ON CALL RN to serve patients in Upstate, SC and in Polk County, NC. The On-Call Nurse provides on-call nursing care for a patient/family caseload that includes assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care. A current multi-state RN license is required.

Required Experience

At least two years of nursing experience preferred, current knowledge of nursing practice, experience in geriatrics and end-of-life care preferred
