Position Description

Experienced RNs needed now for home care case management, and at the Hospice House inpatient facility in Landrum, SC, which will open in December 2008.

Required Experience

Must have current RN license in state of residence. Experience in geriatrics or end-of-life care preferred. Nursese with CHPN certification encouraged to apply.
