Responsibilities include overseeing food service operations and providing staff supervision to ensure courteous and efficient service in the Health Center. Duties include working with special diets, menus, and care planning under the guidance of dietitian.

Qualifications include a minimum of two years supervisory experience in food service operations. Candidates must possess CDM licensure and the ability to interpret/explain menus, coordinate the meal service process and understand special requests. Medicare MDS experience a plus.
