Griswold Home Care of Greenville and Spartanburg is locally owned and operated.
• Pay: Negotiate Hourly DOE (includes bonus structure)
• Benefits: Mileage and flexible hours
• Reports To: Home Care Director
• Hours : Part-time, 10 – 20 hours per week Monday thru Friday
• Service area: Greenville
Your role will be to personally and consistently communicate the message of Griswold Home Care to discharge planners, case managers, hospital representatives, hospice agencies, health care professionals, doctors, senior-specific communities and the public in general. You will implement marketing strategies and awareness campaigns designed to educate our target referral base and increase brand awareness.
• Responsible for the sales of non-medical home care services through referral sources, health care providers.
• Responsible for meeting with new clients and discussing service needs and start date.
• Give effective presentation of company’s services.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate and network with key referral sources.
• Can make recommendations to prospects and current referral sources, of the various solutions the company offers to consumers.
• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals sources, face to face, and networking.
• Assists in the implementation of the company’s marketing plan.
• Building the reputation of the company out in the community by attending functions and events.
• Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, and follow up activities within the sales territory.
• Maintain contact with current referral sources in market.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus on the client, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrates high integrity.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

• 3+ years of related experience required (healthcare or senior specific marketing)
• Bachelor’s degree (or working towards degree) preferred but not required
• A self-starter who is able to work alone or in a group setting
• Is kind and honest in their business dealings
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Energetic, customer focused and results orientated
• Ability to meet with, relate, and consult families in need of Home Care Services
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Comfortable interacting with groups and one on one
• Excellent computer skills: (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license required
• Smart Phone a plus
