Position Description

Hospice of the Upstate is seeking a full-time Home Care Social Worker.
Benefits after 90 days.
We do drug / background screenings

Required Experience

MSW from an accredited School of Social Work required.
Must be licensed by South Carolina and/or Georgia Board of Social Work Examiners.
Must be self motivated, flexible with time management, able to work with terminally ill patients and their families
