Position Description

The Home Care Worker will manage a case-load of clients and provide services in the client's home that may include light-duty housekeeping and errands assistance. The Home Care Worker will conduct In-home assessments to evaluate the level of care needed for homebound seniors; in addition, to recommending alternative home care assistance.

Required Experience

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to communicate effectively verballyand written.
Must provide own transportation with vaild SC Drivers License and Insurance.
