Position Description

Fulltime position for a SC Hospice Liaison for Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. The Hospice Liaison connects the services of HoCF with the patient/family needs in physician practices, hospitals, and nursing facilities. Also assists in community education and public events.

Required Experience

Minimum of two-year associate degree?bachelor?s degree preferred?in Sales, Marketing, Communication; or clinical healthcare degree. Minimum of four years experience in sales or healthcare delivery required; hospice experience preferred. EOE.
