$2,500 Sign on bonus

Wren Hospice is looking for a full time RN Case Manager for the Upstate area. If you are looking for stability and flexibility, then come work with us at Wren Hospice. The registered nurse plans, organizes, directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities. Salary: $65,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Required Experience
