Position Description

The registered nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on palliative end of life care. With the Interdisciplinary Team, the professional nurse builds from the resources of the hospice and community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individual and families within their homes and communities. Required Experience

South Carolina Registered Nurse, hospice experience welcomed but not required. Excellent nursing and assessments skills, compassionate with a heart for hospice. We are a faith-based, nonprofit hospice that has been serving our community for over 20 years. We seek team players, looking for a supportive, outstanding, mission-driven team to join! EOE
