Position Description

HOSPICE SOCIAL WORKER
Social Worker needed for home visit and provide Social Work/Bereavement Counseling services in the North Greenville, Spartanburg, and Cherokee Counties.

Required Experience

Full-time SW needed with 1-year recent medical experience, master’s degree required, with therapeutic background and skills. Travel required. Must have a current Social Worker (SW) license in SC.
