The Help Desk Support position is responsible for providing technical trouble-shooting support which include, but are not exclusive to, computer hardware and software, other end user support issues and basic network support and Information Technology Department needs.

Position is in our Greenville office.

High School Diploma and 2 year technical college degree in related field required. Health care experience preferable.

Must possess the following skills:
-PC hardware components
-Adobe Acrobat
-Must have good problem-solving skills, good analytical skills and think logically
-An ability to assess end user’s IT knowledge levels
-Good interpersonal and customer care skills

Must be proficient in the following:
-Help Desk Skills for User Support
-Inventory Management, track and maintain accuracy
-Microsoft Windows 7 and 8
-Ability to handle multiple tasks - good organizational and accurate record keeping skills
-Listening skills, understand the need of end users, and the importance of their request
-Follow and complete tasks as assigned
