Position Description

 40 hours per week, M-F 8:30am- 5:00pm

 Position includes, but is not limited to:

 In Home Service
o Assisting clients based on the designated plan of care to include but not limited to duties of
 Housekeeping
 Laundry
 Meal Preparation
 Shopping
o Ability to lift 30+ pounds with duties including bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing stairs, use of fingers, hands and limbs on a routine basis
o Capability to tolerate reasonable heat and cold changes in resident homes, house pets, smoking, and /or odors
o Report accidents/injuries to client or self to management
o Ability to attend in-services and training sessions
o Maintain accurate progress notes and duty sheets related to services/care provided to client

Required Experience

 Candidate must possess excellent communication skills; Proficient in writing and math for record keeping and documentation;
 Minimal six (6) months to a one (1) year experience working with seniors
