Position Description

Develop, implement & maintain a Performance Improvement Program including a system that monitors and measures indicators of operational performance, clinical outcomes and compliance with state, federal regulations and JCAHO standards. Recommends and implements policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of exceptional patient care.

Required Experience

RN with Bachelor of Science degree from accredited school. Masters degree preferred. Previous JCAHO preparation and survey process.
Hospice experience a plus.
Thorough knowledge of regulatory guidelines: Medicare, Medicaid, JCAHO
