Position Description

Our team is proud to serve 220 male and female veterans. Applicant is needed who has an interest/passion in:
• advocating for veterans to give them an optimum life
• being a member of a dynamic, interdisciplinary care plan team
• providing individual/family supportive counseling, crisis management and case
management
Applicant must be willing to learn about long-term care regulations; knowledge of aging, mental health care is a plus. Excellent communication and team building skills are important.

Required Experience

Must be licensed BSW or MSW. Social work experience is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
