Position Description

Seeking a high energy individual to become the Life Enrichment Assistant who is responsible for planning and implementing programming for long term and rehab residents in our 44 bed skilled nursing center. Planned activities should promote quality of life for residents including, but not limited to physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional and empowerment needs. The Life Enrichment Assistant particpates in care plans and long term care survey process.

Required Experience

High School diploma or GED, a valid SC drivers license, and a minimum of one year experience in a health care or geriatric setting are required.

Preferred Qualifications:
CNA certification and certification as an Activities Assistant. Must have experience with Microsoft Office.

Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends.
