Position Description

Seeking a high energy individual to become the Life Enrichment Assistant who is responsible for planning and implementing programming for long term and rehab residents in our 44 bed skilled nursing center. Planned activities should promote the quality of life for residents including, but not limited to physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional, and empowerment needs. The Life Enrichment Assistant participates in care plans and the long term care survey process.

Required Experience

High School diploma or GED, a valid SC drivers license, and a minimum of one year experience in a health care or geriatric setting are required. Must have experience with Microsoft office products. Must be willing to work occassional nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications: CTRS or APBC preferred. CNA certification.
