Position Description

Manage CNAs, Administer Medications; Notify Physician and Family of change; Document in resident's charts; and Assessments. Currently there is one LPN position open for the 7A-7P shift and 2 LPN positions open for the 7P-7A shift.

Required Experience

LTC experience is preferred. Must possess strong customer service skills and clinical judgment skills. Must be willing to work as a team with co-workers and have a strong work ethic. Must be able to work weekends as well.
