We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to be part of our team! This important team member will be responsible for maintaining the condition of our community and taking care of any maintenance issues that arise in the community or our residents apartments. To perform repairs and preventative maintenance to 51 bed Assisted Living building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Required ExperienceExperience in assisted living, long term care, or apartment maintenance is a plus. A great attitude and love for seniors is a requirement. 1 to 2 years verifiable experience with minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Meets the minimum age requirements for a state work permit.
HVAC experience a plus; SC DHEC rules and regulations knowledge is a plus.
