Position Description

To perform repairs and preventative maintenance to 100 bed Assisted Living building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in accordance with federal, state, and local standands, guidlines and regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Required Experience

1 to 2 years verifiable experience plumbing, electrical,carpentry, and painting. Meets the minimum age requirements for a state work permit.
HVAC experience; SC DHEC rules and regulations knowledge is a plus.
