Position Description

Over see the operation of an assisted living. Must be on call for emergency.Maintain routine maintence on all eqipment. Set up annual inspection on equipment. Provide in-service training reqired by Execitve Director for employees.Basic knowledge of safety/security law, state and federal regulations. Desire to work with the elderly

Required Experience

1-3 years in health care enviroment. Must have a high school education.Experience in HVAC, plumbing,electrical, painting and general maintenance. Organized and task oriented.Must understand budget cost.Must have good time management.
