Looking for the person with the right "fit" to serve in this dual role. A passion for the elderly will be the driving force to make someone successful in this position.Description: Assist president executing marketing plan to Greenville & the surrounding areas(60 mile radius). Work as a team player providing administrative support as necessary in both business offices(Mauldin & Laurens). Use a positive attitude to maintain and create new relationships(referral sources) in the senior care industry. Work independently when assigned a task and document results. Attend networking events when requested and/or approved by supervisor with the goal of making new contacts & documenting/following up after the event. Work well with team to ensure client satisfaction. Provide emergency care fill-ins as needed(in a caregiver capacity).
Required ExperienceRequirements: Goal oriented, organized & a professional self starter, excellent communication skills & comfortable speaking to groups. Must have a minimum 2 years experience in the senior care industry(homecare, facility, hospice, etc) & marketing. College education preferred. Must be comfortable & knowledgeable of local hospitals, physicians, funeral homes, other resources. Must be flexible in working hours(some evenings & weekends) & willing to travel between offices when necessary. Must have computer skills(email, MS Outlook, Publisher, Excel). Must be available 24/7 for scheduled On Call Support(shared with other team members). Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
