Marketing Outreach Program Coordinator

Responsible for marketing/developing Hallmark?s product lines to viable markets. Fulfills marketing goals by generating new business and increasing existing business. Explores new business opportunities through referral sources as well as promoting existing business. Competitive Salary & Excellent Benefit Package Offered.

Establishes and maintains professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospital personnel, including but not limited to case managers, discharge planners, long term care facilities and other appropriate referral sources and community organizations.
Develops new customers for Hallmark?s services.
Collaborates with managers to develop strategies and plans to identify marketing opportunities and new program development.
Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
Identifies new business opportunities, acquires new business accounts and increases our relationship with existing key accounts, resulting in an increase in business annually in accordance with the Hallmark?s business plan and budget.
Participates in the development of organizational marketing, communications materials and organizational advertising.
Participates in the development of customer service and marketing skills and encourages the philosophy of customer service throughout the organization.
Participates in the development of new program marketing.
Meets or exceeds all growth and development targets and actively establishes and maintains market awareness.
Develops presentations and speaks to professional and community audiences, including SNF & RCFE education to non-professional audiences. Staffs or assures appropriate staffing of community events.
Performs additional duties as assigned consistent with skills and training and the goals and mission of Hallmark?s.
Maintains a daily record of all activities and produces reports on a timely basis.
Partners with the Hallmark Volunteer Manager to develop Community Relations volunteers.
Maintains a flexible work schedule to participate in community events and speaking engagements including evenings and weekends as needed.

At least 2 years home health care or hospice marketing experience or 3 years directly related sales marketing experience in the healthcare field.
Bachelor?s degree in marketing or business required, or a combination of education and experience.
Established network of contacts.
Polished, professional image.
Detail oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact with a wide range of home health, hospice and private duty customers, including consumers, regulatory agencies, health care institutions, referral sources, and community organizations.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of customers.
Computer proficiency ? Word, Excel, database, Power Point.
Public Speaking expertise.
Demonstrated success in hiring, supervising and developing other marketing personnel.
Must have a car available.
