Position Description

Medication Administration, Ordering of medications, Perform med card audits, Able to follow supervisor instruction. Able to properly fill out MAR's and review MAR's. Assist residents with ADL's.

Required Experience

At least 1 yr. Able to pass Medication Administration test.
