Position Description

Candidate will be experienced with senior adults in all stages of Dementia and be a licensed LPN. The position requires coordination and implementation of programming for memory care residents in various stages of the disease. Direct and assure memory care staff are properly trained in specialized care; Work closely with community managers, maintain high standards of care, participate in marketing and outreach as needed,

Required Experience

Minimal 3 years experience in Memory Care Community. Leadership, managerial, & supervisory skills required.
