Position Description

We have an exciting opportunity to work PRN with our outstanding interdisciplinary team-delivering end of life care at the bedside. Our Nurse Practioner will assist in making patient visits as necessary and will assist with managing the patient's care to meet new hospice regulatory requirements.

Required Experience

Graduate of a Master's degree in nursing program with a major or post-masters, as a geriatric nurse practitioner is required.
