Position Description

We have an exciting new opportunity to work PRN with our outstanding interdisciplinary team-delivering end of life care at the bedside. Our Nurse Practioner will assist in making patient visits as necessary and will assist with managing the patients's care to meet new hopsice regulartory requirements.
