Position Description

Excellent Nurse practitioner opportunity. NP needed. Full and Part Time

Local growing practice in search of energetic, self-motivated, results driven part and full time nurse practitioner to assist with management and treatment of our patients. Primary duties would involve seeing patients in a rehab facility, coordinating with family and staff members on ongoing care. Assist with our house call patients as well. Great opportunity for a motivated individual; experience with management of complex, multiple medical problem patients is a must.

Required Experience

Inpatient management would be a plus. Knowledge of treatment of adult with multiple medical problems in a sub-acute care setting is needed. Working with nursing staff and communication skills with families and patients is a MUST. Will train the right candidate, but we can't teach passion for patient care.
