Position Description

Supervisior position. Salary position with medical benefits, 401k and PTO.
Good communication and writing skills. Computer experience (limited. Supervisor experience and staff scheduling. Flexible schedule at times.Experience in preparing care plans, level of care assessments and auditing charts.

Required Experience

Licensed LPN or RN. Must have traning, scheduling and supervisor skills.Work with physicians, home health and hospice. Work over time if required at times.
