The incumbent is responsible for assisting in directing the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the long-term care facility, and as may be directed by Executive Director, to assure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining budgetary constraints of the facility by working with department heads to ensure staffing and ancillary budgets are met and incumbent will be responsible for defining, implementing, reviewing and benchmarking practices and procedures necessary to ensure budgetary compliance.
Required Experience• Must be knowledgeable of Skilled Nursing regulations.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid.
. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years long term care experience.
•Currently licensed in the state of South Carolina as a Nursing Home Administrator.
