Job Title: Nutrition Support Specialist
Location: St. George
Part-time Hourly position: 30 hours per week, M-F 8:00AM- 2:30PM
Position includes, but is not limited to:
o Responsible for proper reporting and implementation of congregate dining and/or home delivered meals
o Maintain accurate count of daily meals
o Data entry of daily counts and reporting systems
o Customer service skills with clients through assessments and face to face interaction
o Adhere to required food preparation/handling sanitation and safety precautions
o Serve as a backup driver for meal delivery and/or client transportation
o Assist with pick-ups for food bank items as needed
o Provide assistance in the kitchen as needed
Required Experience
Candidate needs to have good communication skills and be able to accurately complete daily paperworkRequires use of basic mathematical skills such as addition and subtraction and use of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a recurring basis
Experience working with seniors, kitchen and/or driving preferred
