Are you passionate about helping seniors transition smoothly to their new homes? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for organization? If so, we want YOU to be a part of Charlotte's ONLY NASMM A+ Accredited Senior Move Management Company's dynamic team of packers and unpackers!
The TWC team member works in the home of our senior clients and performs activities related to our services offerings of downsizing, packing, unpacking, new home set-up, home cleanouts and cleaning services.
This position requires the individual to be readily available by, e-mail, phone and/ or text to receive and communicate information regarding availability to work assignments.
All TWC team members participate in scheduled staff meetings, observe the policies and procedures in the TWC employee handbook, and agree to sign and observe the TWC Restrictive Covenant Agreement.

Required Experience
Requirements:· A cooperative, positive and helpful attitude
· Ownership of their own smartphone and printer
· Clean background check
· Organized and detail oriented
· Ability and willingness to follow direction given by a TWC project manager or the owner
· Enjoys being part of a team of professionals devoted to the well-being of our senior clients and families
· Lift up to 30lbs
· Ability to bend, lift, stoop and kneel and use a box cutter
· Report to job site on time and ready to work
· Ability to work productively for up to 5 or more hours in a scheduled workday
· Able to travel to work within a 30-mile radius of Charlotte city limits.
· Willing to learn TWC safe packing and unpacking procedures
· Adheres to the TWC Policies and Procedures Manual
· Access to checking e-mail and phone messages on a daily basis
· E-mail hours worked weekly, along with any approved job-related expenses, to employer by Thursday 7 p.m.
