Position Description

For newly established Community Based Palliative Care Program. Serves Greenville area in the home, ALF or SNF for pain and symptom management and establishing patient’s goals of care.

Required Experience

The candidate will be Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least one year experience. It is preferable to have experience in home visits and palliative care.
