Position Description

The Chaplain is a part of the Interdisciplinary Team and is responsible for providing spiritual and emotional support to the hospice patient/family according to the Plan of Care.

Required Experience

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of theology, or approved to function in a pastoral capacity by ordination or authorization from a denomination; some clinical pastoral education preferred. Excellent public speaking and computer skills required. Driving or other mode of transportation required, weekend hours required.
