Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a motivated individual to join our office team as a Part-Time, Client Care Administrative Assistant. This position may have some flexible work time from home if the candidate is located in Mount Pleasant.

The Client Care Administrative Assistant is expected to support the Client Care Department to perform a variety of duties that relate to client care. These duties include taking phone calls for service inquiries, care consults, quality assurance follow-up calls and client/CAREGiver introduction visits (primarily in the Mount Pleasant area). They use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. They continuously evaluate the plan through a series of ongoing communications to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours.

Experience in a senior-related industry preferred
Must possess a valid driver’s license
