RN looking for additional side income to conduct Medicaid senior care assessments and training for aides. Flexible scheduling and 2-3 hours assessment duration allows you to maintain your current work schedule in most cases. $25/hour.
Required Experience
A registered nurse(s) (RN) whommeets the following requirements:i. Currently licensed by the S.C. State Board of Nursing or by a
state that participates in the Nursing Compact.
ii. At least one (1) year of experience as a RN in public health, hospital or long term care nursing.
iii. Capable of evaluating aides in terms of his or her ability to
carry out assigned duties and his/her ability to relate to the
participant.
iv. Able to assume responsibility for in-service training for aides by
individual instruction, group meetings or workshops.
v. LPNs must have had background and/or training on the
complex treatment issues regarding the care of the head and
spinal cord injured.
vi. Provider will verify nurse licensure and license status at the
State Board of nursing website.
