The People and Program Support Coordinator is responsible for Senior Action?s member/client growth and retention through needs-based programs. The Coordinator plans, promotes, and carries out Senior Action?s voucher program for home care and care management and designs activities and support groups that meet the personal and psycho-social needs of participants at seven senior centers in Greenville County. The Coordinator promotes program and recruits volunteers through oral and written communications (public speaking and the compilation of a monthly newsletter), and other marketing outlets. The Coordinator oversees record-keeping, budget maintenance and program evaluation, and works with community organizations, businesses, and Senior Action staff to coordinate meaningful support opportunities for members and participants.
Required Experience
Bachelor?s degree required and experience as an activity or small group coordinator for 55+ population preferred. Counseling or casework experience is a plus.Application Deadline
