Assisting Angels, a non-medical home care company in Mauldin, is seeking a Personnel Coordinator / Recruiter. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accepting and reviewing applications
Reference checks
Background and DMV checks
Preliminary Interview
Employee File Management
Responding to inquiries about company policies and procedures
Attending job fairs and technical schools to recruit caregivers
Caregiver Statistics

Ensuring all caregivers have TB tests and uniforms

High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years office experience with at least1 year experience in healthcare setting.
Strong computer and data entry skills
Must have a general knowledge of human resources practices and principles
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent verbal and written skills are essential
Must be a team player, able to adapt to a changing environment
CNA or Professional Caregiving experience is a huge plus!
