The Program Associate of the Greenville Area Office assists the Program Director with coordination and delivery of all Chapter programs and services in Greenville, Laurens, and Pickens Counties. This is a full-time position. Evening/weekend work may be required. In these cases, one's schedule may be adjusted to accommodate.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
? Assist with program-delivery that includes information & referral, care consultation, support groups, respite, community education, and health fairs.
? Assist in building relationships and supporting our support group facilitators, community partners, and volunteers.
? Assist in supporting our fundraising events that include Memory Walk and the Forget-Me-Not Ball.
? Assist with record-keeping and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports for I&R, care consultations, support groups, and education.
? Assist with publicity and preparation of materials for events and programs (i.e. media releases, flyers, handouts, and brochures)
? Maintain accurate financial records for monies received and accounts payable.
? Prepare regular bank deposits and send acknowledgements to donors and honorees.
? Help maintain an adequate in-house supply of office materials and program literature.
? Maintain servicing of office equipment.
? Ensure confidentiality with matters relating to persons served.
? Other duties as needed to support the programs and community outreach of the Area Office.
