Want to be on the front line of the fight against Alzheimer’s disease?

Neuroscience researchers at MUSC are looking for a Program Manager to manage an NIH-funded research study on the early detection of Alzheimer’s disease before symptoms start.

The Program Manager will manage the clinical and regulatory activities of an NIH-funded research program on aging and Alzheimer’s disease. This encompasses the supervision of all study coordinators, oversight of all regulatory and compliance issues, and policy and procedure development. Project management and research coordination oversight for the program includes collaboration on budgetary development, resource allocation (staffing/space/etc.), recruitment/screening, and progress reports for timely completion of the project.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: A bachelor's degree and three years relevant program experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skill, and Ability: Prior experience in clinical research and participant recruitment is preferred, but not mandatory.

Level of Supervision: The candidate will be directly supervised by the study principal and co-investigators.
