The public relations team of Thorne Ambulance Service (TAS) will be responsible for the regular review of quality assurance for current customer accounts, along with the establishment of a long-term growth plan through various marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintains close and frequent contact with current and prospective customers
* Ensures quality service delivery through coordination with Operations Manager, Communications Specialist, and Billing Department.
* Prepares comprehensive & effective public relations programs and plans that are well organized and written.
* Establish a realistic timeline for market plan effectiveness and provide regular feedback to superior(s)
* Seeks new business opportunities as they become available.
* Adherence to the strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the organization
* Comply with the content of the non-compete/non-disclosure agreement of the organization.
* Establish an annual budget for activity within department
* Attend meetings on behalf of the organization as requested
* Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by superior(s).

* Proven track record in marketing & public relations
* Strong community ties in/near primary market
* Computer literacy (use of email, excel, powerpoint, word, etc.)
* Outgoing personality
* Ability to travel to various healthcare locations within the Upstate of South Carolina
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

* Five (5) years of marketing and healthcare experience (or combination)
* Background in case management, EMS, Marketing, Nursing, Etc.
