Position Description

The QA Nurse will conduct home visits, set up medications for clients, conduct supervisory visits monthly, and manage caregivers. The QA Nurse must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to client's homes throughout the Upstate of SC.

Required Experience

LPN with home care experience preferred but not required.
