The business of Home Instead Senior Care is helping seniors to live safely in their own homes. Our recruiting and retention manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring and retaining caregivers to help our senior clients. The RRM is also responsible for communicating with our caregivers on a regular basis and making sure that all training and employee documentation is complete. This job requires a person who is a self starter who is comfortable promoting our company to potential employees and also has the organizational skills to oversee the hiring and training process for our employees.

Must love Seniors
Experience in the senior care field preferred
Must be a team player
Must be able to work independently
Must be organized
College preferred
Must have basic office computer skills
Must be comfortable speaking to small groups
