Do you love Seniors? Do you want to help others? At Home Instead Senior Care, we provide in-home care to seniors so that they can stay at home safely and live with dignity. We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the recruiting, hiring, training and retention of our caregivers.. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, an eye for talent, be a team player and a self-starter. The candidate must have a passion for helping others. The candidate must be comfortable training and instructing our caregivers. The candidate will also have some client-related responsibilities which will require you to visit our clients in their home. You must love seniors and want to provide them with the best care! Some college experience and computer skills are preferred. This job is 8:30-5 M-F with one week per month on call after hours.
