Position Description

The Waterford at Dillon Pointe in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an LPN to serve as our Resident Care Director. The Resident Care Director is responsible for:
• Providing nursing services to our residents including, but not limited to, assessments, care planning and medication administration
• Managing staff, including, but not limited to, training Med Techs, scheduling, and performing job evaluations
• Interacting professionally with outside agencies such as home health, hospice, physicians and pharmacies
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Required Experience

The qualified candidate must have a valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina. Must be a team player with a good attitude, have the ability to be on call, and work flexible hours as needed. Proficiency in Vigilan and QuikMars a plus. Experience in a long term care setting is also preferred.
