Position Description

The DON is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of the residents within the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing clinical programs, quality assurance and regulatory compliance, assisting in the recruiting, hiring, and training of clinical team members, clinical staff scheduling and daily timekeeping.

Required Experience

Licensed LPN or RN, experience in assisted living or long term care, a minimum of 1 year nursing management experience, ability to multi task and manage time effectively
