Responsible for effective overall management of the Resident Services Department in a 60 bed Assisted Living Community dedicated to resident with Dementia. Manage and schedule both licensed and unlicensed employees. Must have strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge working with residents with dementia and other memory impairment. Medical, dental, vision, and 401K. Competative wages.
Required Experience
Two years Assisted LivingThree years in position with management or leadership responsibilities
Experience and understanding of Dementia and it's progression. Current License in Good Standing
