Position Description

Oakleaf Village Assisted Living & Memory Care in Greenville is seeking a service-oriented LPN with strong communication and interpersonal skills to serve as the Resident Services Director. The Resident Services Director is responsible for overseeing the quality delivery of resident services and supervising the resident assistant staff.

Required Experience

Candidates should have a SC LPN nursing license, in good standing, with 2-5 years experience in senior resident services. Dementia care experience strongly preferred. Proven experience in staff supervisory and management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent organization and interpersonal skills are a must.
